PREPAINTED ALUMINIUM SPECIFICATION

For many of our enclosures we use pre-painted aluminium sheets from ALCAN, manufactured using their LAMCOLOR WINDY ® system. LAMCOLOR WINDY ® utilises exclusively a modified polyamide paint system which gives a high uniformity of colour and outstanding resistance to corrosion LAMCOLOR WINDY ® has a substrate of an aluminium alloy 3103 chosen to solve the mechanical problems LAMCOLOR WINDY ® is supplied covered with a special film which ensures protection during the machining and finishing and during transit, and is easily removed during installation
